Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations in the outsourcing industry. The role requires strong execution, people management, and compliance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment (bulk & lateral hiring)Complete employee lifecycle management Payroll coordination & attendance tracking Handling statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws)Performance management & HR policy implementationEmployee engagement & grievance handlingClient coordination for manpower requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 6–7 years of HR experiencePrior experience in outsourcing / staffing industry preferredStrong knowledge of labour laws & complianceExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently
