Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, people-centric HR Manager who can act as a strong culture builder and hiring partner for our leadership team. This role is ideal for a woman leader with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and hands-on experience managing HR operations across India and the UAE.

You will play a key role in shaping Amantra’s people strategy as we scale rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Own end-to-end hiring for technical, product, sales, and operations roles across India and UAE

Partner closely with founders and business leaders to understand hiring needs

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and recruitment channels

Drive employer branding initiatives to position Amantra.ai as a great place to work

People & Culture

Act as the primary people connector and employee advocate

Build a strong, inclusive, and performance-driven culture

Lead onboarding, engagement, retention, and employee experience initiatives

Handle employee relations with empathy, confidentiality, and fairness

HR Operations & Compliance

Manage HR policies, processes, and documentation

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices in India and UAE

Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and performance review cycles

Strategic HR Partnering

Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational design

Implement HR systems and scalable processes suitable for a fast-growing AI startup

Drive learning, development, and leadership enablement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in HR, with strong focus on talent acquisition and people management

Proven hiring experience in India and/or UAE markets

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices

Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
