Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. This role also involves managing computer systems and ensuring the smooth execution of daily data-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and software systems. Verify data for accuracy and completeness. Maintain and update records and files. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. Manage and operate office computers and related software efficiently. Assist in preparing reports and other documents as required. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Respond to data inquiries and provide requested information. Ensure confidentiality and security of all data. Follow company procedures and standards for data handling. Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Proven experience as a data entry operator or computer operator. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
