Role Definition/Purpose:


Own and drive all HR functions—from hiring to performance, compensation, compliance, and culture. You'll work closely with leadership to translate company goals into actionable people strategies. This role also includes shaping structure, planning future talent, and embedding values into everyday HR processes.


Responsibility/ Deliverable:


Organization Design & Workforce Planning

  • Build and maintain an org chart by job level (not reporting lines)
  • Map out skills required for each role, identifying gaps (Must-Have vs. Good-to-Have)
  • Develop a succession plan for critical roles based on potential and readiness


Performance & Goal Setting

  • Co-create annual goals (financial and non-financial) with leadership
  • Cascade goals down by function and level (e.g., Senior Sales vs. Junior Accountant)
  • Align performance reviews with values and competencies


Compensation & Incentives

  • Design/update a structured salary grid by function, level, and role
  • Review and refine incentive plans based on role and business goals
  • Partner with Finance for salary benchmarking, bonuses, and pay reviews


Recruitment & Interviewing

  • Support managers in hiring decisions by building a role-based, value-aligned behavioral interview framework
  • Keep technical and behavioral assessments clearly separated but integrated


HR Policy & Compliance

  • Draft and update HR policies and employee handbook
  • Ensure legal compliance (labor laws, health, safety, equal opportunity)
  • Stay updated on statutory changes and guide the company accordingly


HR Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate HRIS data
  • Track and report key metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring status, training uptake)


Key Competencies:


  • Strategic HR Planning and Execution

  • Behavioral Interviewing and Succession Planning
  • Excellent communication and analytical reporting
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint


Experience:

10–12 years in Human Resources (Generalist & Operations)


Education:

Bachelor's / Master's in HR or MBA in HR
