Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located at our office in Lucknow. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additional responsibilities include developing HR strategies, implementing performance appraisal systems, and fostering a positive work culture to enhance staff engagement and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations management
• Expertise in performance management, training and development, and employee engagement
• Proficiency in HR software, data management, and reporting tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple HR functions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR managerial role is an advantage
