Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Vellore. The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and training initiatives, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture. The role includes managing recruitment processes, implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals, handling employee relations, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Qualifications

• Human Resource Management, Recruitment, and Employee Onboarding expertise
• Proficiency in Employee Engagement Strategies, Training Coordination, and Performance Management Systems
• Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Policy Development
• Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Conflict Resolution skills
• Experience in fostering a positive organizational culture and managing a diverse workforce
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant HR certification is a plus
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management
