Sr.Development Associate (Viral Clearance Laboratory)

As the Lead in Viral Clearance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to the company's safety policy and the principles of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) while overseeing various tasks within the laboratory department. Reporting to the TFM, your primary responsibilities will include establishing and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), approving suppliers and qualifying vendors, and ensuring the validation and transfer of Viral assays. You will need to demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, and manage your time effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Key competencies for this role include a strong knowledge of Downstream purification and GLP guidelines, including ICH Q5A and OECD Guidance. Additionally, you must possess excellent leadership and team-building skills to work effectively with teammates and meet project deadlines and client obligations. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Masters or PhD in a Life Sciences discipline or a relevant area. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Viral assays, Viral Clearance, or Virology. Your ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality will be essential in this role, as you may be required to act independently on routine assignments or collaborate on team projects.,
