Human Resources Manager

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting various Human Resources functions to ensure the smooth operation of daily HR processes and foster a positive work environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary paperwork completion. - Maintaining accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) regarding personal data, attendance, and leave records. - Serving as the primary contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures. - Handling employee grievances and workplace conflicts while promoting open communication. - Supporting employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications. - Assisting in policy development, documentation, and communication to employees. - Preparing official employment documents like offer letters, experience letters, etc. - Coordinating the performance appraisal cycle, tracking deadlines, and organizing employee development programs. - Identifying basic training needs and assisting in training coordination. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Typically 1-3 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions. - Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices. - Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
