Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in South Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all facets of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, implementation of HR policies, and compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities will also include talent acquisition, performance evaluations, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the role involves liaising between employees and management to address workplace concerns effectively and support the company's strategic goals.Offering Upto 6LPA

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and onboarding of employees.
  • Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management.
  • Solid understanding of HR Policies, Organizational Development, and Labor Law Compliance.
  • Skilled in Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Leadership to manage teams effectively.
  • Proficient in Data Analysis and HR platforms for managing employee information and performance metrics.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred; HR certifications are a plus.
  • Proven professional HR experience, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Timings: 11:00am-8:00pm
