The Recruiter will play a vital part in building a strong employer brand through social media management and innovative lead generation strategies. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to create compelling recruitment campaigns and materials. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, team leaders, and CRM to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles. Provide regular hiring updates, analytics, and insights to leadership. Maintain accurate and organized records Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within the real estate industry (residential, commercial, or property management). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals and timelines. Skills & Attributes: Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building, negotiation skills. Knowledge of real estate role requirements, and industry trends. Proficient in using recruitment software ( LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
