HR Manager to join our team in Gurugram

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Talent Acquisition & workforce planning for tech and non-tech roles.
• Design and manage performance reviews, appraisals, KPIs/KRAs, and productivity initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, learning, and retention programs.
• Oversee payroll and HR operations: PF, ESIC, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, and HRIS management.
• Ensure labour law compliance and conduct internal HR audits.
• Create policies, SOPs, and scalable HR processes aligned with our culture.
• Partner with leadership on strategic workforce planning, succession, and organisational growth.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in recruitment, payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
• Skilled in L&D program creation, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
• Strong Excel skills for HR MIS, reporting, and dashboards.
• Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organisation and can build HR systems from scratch.
