Position: Human Resource Manager

Location: Navi mumbai (Vashi)

Qualification: Graduation/ MBA (Human Resource Management) or equivalent

Experience: 10 years in Human Resource Management



Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our organization. As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective utilization of our human resources to achieve our organizational goals and objectives. This position is located in Navi mumbai (Vashi)



Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

3. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR-related matters.

4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

5. Plan and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.

6. Manage the compensation and benefits program, including salary administration, employee benefits, and rewards and recognition initiatives.

7. Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.

8. Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to identify trends, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and foster a positive work culture.



Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

2. Proven experience of 10 years in a Human Resource Management role.

3. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

4. Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.

7. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

8. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

9. Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.

10. Strong organizational and time management skills
