Our operations span contract manufacturing (Jaipur & Tirupur), in-house design teams, and a growing field sales network of 600+ Fashion Advisors and 360,000+ expected customers.Key Responsibilities, Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end hiring for HO, production staff, designers, field sales team, and supportDraft and manage job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and onboard hiresCoordinate with RMOs and BDMs for region-wise hiring of Fashion AdvisorsMaintain digital records of employment contracts, ID proof, salary structureCompliance & ContractsManage contracts of 180+ current staff and ensure timely renewals, documentation, and compliancePrevent unionization issues by enforcing clear, legally-sound employment termsEnsure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, maternity policy, POSH ActTraining & PerformanceConduct regular training programs: sales scripts, ethics, system usage, product knowledgeMaintain performance review cycles across departments; assist in disciplinary actions if requiredCollaborate with leadership to build a KPI framework for each team

HR Operations & Culture

Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HR MISManage internal conflict, grievances, or escalations fairly and confidentiallyPromote a positive workplace culture aligned with Roslis' fashion-forward and ethical brand imageField HR CoordinationCoordinate with Sales Heads (RMOs/BDMs) to ensure proper field-level communication and retentionSupport recruitment drives, onboarding camps, and occasional regional travel if neededImplement internal policies to ensure ethical behavior, data privacy, and non-poaching norms

Requirements

3–8 years experience in HR, preferably in retail, FMCG, direct sales, or garment industryFluency in Malayalam and English (Hindi a bonus)Strong skills in HR software, MS Excel, and document management toolsExposure to multi-location operations, sales team HR, and vendor/factory hiring preferredExcellent communication, empathy, and discipline in handling confidential data
