Roslis is a premium pre-order fashion brand in Kerala offering exclusive collections under four labels — Limited Edition, Studio and Signature— through the Roslis Card membership model.
Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager , you’ll lead and manage 30 Fashion Advisors (FAs) in your district to promote and sell the Roslis Card . You’ll handle recruitment, field training, performance tracking, and reporting to the Regional Marketing Officer (RMO).
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and guide 30 Fashion Advisors.
• Ensure each FA achieves 600 active Roslis Card holders within 90 days.
• Drive local marketing and outreach activities to hire FAs
• Track team performance and ensure monthly targets.
• Report sales and updates to RMO regularly.
Eligibility
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, network marketing, or B2C distribution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
