Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding of employees .
• Oversee payroll, attendance, HR documentation, and statutory compliances (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Maintain employee records and handle HRMS updates Implement HR policies, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
• Monitor performance management systems and conduct appraisals.
• Coordinate training & development programs for workforce skill enhancement.
• Ensure labour law compliance and support factory-related HR audits.
• Handle disciplinary actions, safety, welfare, and work culture improvement.
• Liaise with management for manpower planning and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resource or relevant field (MBA HR preferred).
• Minimum 25 years of experience in HR management (Factory / Production setup preferred) Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance Excellent communication, leadership & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & HR management software.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Salary

• Negotiable salary based on experience & industry standards.
