Position Summary

Human Resources and Administration

Key Responsibilitie

sHuman Resources Managemen

tPartner with site and regional leadership to implement HR strategies and workforce plans
.Oversee
end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce plannin
g for staff and operators
.Manage
monthly payrol
l for employees and contractors; ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)
.Maintain harmonious
employee relation
s; handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and compliance with Indian labor laws
.Drive
performance management, learning, and talent developmen
t in alignment with Group HR programs
.Implement compensation and benefits policies and manage welfare and employee engagement initiatives
.Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy in
Workda
y and local HR systems

ld.8–12 years’ HR and administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environme
nt.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll, and compliance framewor
ks.Proficient in HRIS (Workday preferred) and MS Offi
ce.Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skil
