Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding: • Identify hiring needs in coordination with department heads. • Draft job descriptions, post job ads, and source candidates through portals and referrals. • Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews. • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation. • Conduct employee induction and orientation programs. 2. HR Operations & Compliance: • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and personal files (physical and digital). • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements. • Draft and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and code of conduct. • Handle HR audits, renewal of licenses, and internal HR documentation. 3. Employee Relations & Welfare: • Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally. • Organize team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and welfare initiatives. • Conduct regular feedback sessions and maintain a positive work environment. 4. Payroll & Compensation: • Collect and validate attendance, leaves, overtime, and variable incentives. • Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams for timely salary disbursement. • Handle increment letters, salary revisions, and full & final settlements. 5. Performance Management: • Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance review systems. • Coordinate quarterly or annual appraisals and maintain performance documentation. • Support managers in setting SMART goals for their teams. 6. Training & Development: • Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal/external training. • Maintain training calendars and post-training feedback records. ⸻ Key Skills & Attributes: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and documentation skills. • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. • High ethical standards and a sense of confidentiality. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,673.78 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
