The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client queries, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Daily tasks include handling communications, attending client meetings, providing updates on project progress, and identifying opportunities to improve client experiences and services. Qualifications Customer Service, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management skills Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Very good knowledge of Post sales Documentation; like - Sale Deed, Demand Letters, Agreements, Loan Documents, etc. Experience in the real estate or holiday homes development sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
