 Role Overview




You will be responsible for handling hot …leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, Google & partner campaigns. Your primary goal is fast response, quality pitching, follow-ups, site visit conversions and closing bookings.




This is a performance-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume lead interactions and targets.

Key Responsibilities


manage Site Visits , showing project, closing deals,


Handle fresh paid-ad leads in real time (speed-to-lead under 2 minutes).


Conduct telephonic & WhatsApp pitches with high clarity and persuasion.


Schedule & coordinate site visits with customers and sales team.


Understand project USPs, pricing, inventory, offers & competition.


Drive end-to-end sales cycle: Lead → Pitch → Visit → Follow-up → Closure.


Maintain excellent CRM hygiene (notes, follow-ups, tagging, statuses).


Work closely with marketing team on lead quality feedback.


Achieve weekly & monthly booking targets.


Represent the brand professionally at events, expos & customer interactions.

 What We’re Looking For:




3–7 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred; Hospitality/Banking acceptable).


Strong communication and negotiation skills.


Ability to handle high lead volume and maintain discipline.


Proven track record of closing sales.


Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.


Good knowledge of Mumbai/Maharashtra property market (added advantage).


Location-Karjat,Mumbai
