What You’ll Do

• Project Management

  of day-to-day operations for all ongoing real estate projects
• Oversee

  construction progress, quality, and timelines

  — from planning to handover
• Lead

  finance oversight

  — cash flow, budgets, cost controls, and vendor payments
• Drive

  customer satisfaction

  through a proactive CRM and issue resolution process
• Manage and negotiate with

  vendors, contractors, suppliers, and authorities

• Ensure profitability and operational excellence in our staycation business
• Build a

  culture of urgency, ownership, and accountability

  across all departments
• Represent Nirvana Realty in

  town halls, vendor forums, and public meetings

Who You Are

• A

  senior leader

  with

  12–20 years

  in operations and project management (Real Estate / Hospitality preferred)

• Workaholic by choice

  – thrives under pressure, doesn’t stop until the job is done
• Sharp, resourceful, and

  decisive in fast-changing situations

• Financially astute – can read P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, and act on them
• Strong people leader – respected by teams, feared (in a good way) by underperformers
• Fluent communicator in

  English, Hindi, and ideally Marathi

• Willing to

  be on-site, in the office, and on calls beyond standard hours

• Loyal, trustworthy, and aligned

  with long-term vision of the brand
