We are now scaling aggressively — and we are looking for a high-energy *Sales Manager* who can convert *live paid-ads leads* into *confirmed bookings*.

*🔑 Role Overview*


You will be responsible for handling *hot …leads* generated from Facebook, Instagram, Google & partner campaigns. Your primary goal is *fast response, quality pitching, follow-ups, site visit conversions and closing bookings.*


This is a *performance-driven role*, ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume lead interactions and targets.

*💼 Key Responsibilities*


* Handle *fresh paid-ad leads* in real time (speed-to-lead under 2 minutes).

* Conduct *telephonic & WhatsApp pitches* with high clarity and persuasion.

* Schedule & coordinate *site visits* with customers and sales team.

* Understand project USPs, pricing, inventory, offers & competition.

* Drive *end-to-end sales cycle*: Lead → Pitch → Visit → Follow-up → Closure.

* Maintain excellent CRM hygiene (notes, follow-ups, tagging, statuses).

* Work closely with marketing team on *lead quality feedback*.

* Achieve weekly & monthly booking targets.

* Represent the brand professionally at events, expos & customer interactions.

*🎯 What We’re Looking For*


* 3–7 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred; Hospitality/Banking acceptable).

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to handle high lead volume and maintain discipline.

* Proven track record of closing sales.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

* Good knowledge of Mumbai/Maharashtra property market (added advantage).
