Account Manager

Job Summary: The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, handling tax compliance, reconciling bank statements, and managing day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-versed with accounting standards, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks/etc.) Prepare journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and balance sheet finalization. Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll entries. Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns. Ensure timely payments of statutory dues. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Bank & Cash Management: Perform bank reconciliations. Manage petty cash and expense reimbursements. Handle vendor payments and client receipts. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate MIS reports for management. Monitor budgets and track variances. Coordination: Liaise with external CA firms and auditors. Support internal teams with invoice generation, vendor agreements, and tax queries. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (CA Inter/M.Com preferred) 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks) Knowledge of Indian tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and time management Integrity and ability to handle confidential information Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (WFH flexibility / part-time / hybrid optional – if applicable) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,694.70 - ₹56,631.59 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
