The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the end-to-end production process for TVs, display devices, and other home appliances.Ensure smooth production operations, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery.Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and minimize wastage.Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet business targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.Lead and mentor production staff to optimize team performance.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Identify areas for process improvement and drive cost-effective solutions.Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.Maintain production reports and performance metrics.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in TV manufacturing / display device production.
