Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy and improving organizational effectiveness by providing leadership on various HR initiatives. The HR Manager will also manage performance appraisal systems, handle employee grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.

• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Performance Appraisal and Talent Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership and organizational development skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
