Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. · Set annual and quarterly sales targets and ensure timely achievement. · Analyze market trends and competitors to position the brand effectively. · Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. · Resolve high-level customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction. · Monitor sales performance through KPIs and dashboards. · Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and events. Key Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). · 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. · Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams. · Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. · Analytical thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions. · Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools.
