Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and employee training. The role includes overseeing onboarding, payroll management, compliance with labor laws, and employee performance evaluations. Additionally, the HR Manager will support organizational development and foster a positive work environment through employee engagement programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding
• Knowledge of payroll management and compliance with labor laws
• Skills in policy development and employee performance evaluations
• Ability to develop and conduct employee training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Human Resources certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
