Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and retention strategies.
Handle payroll coordination, performance reviews, and compliance documentation.
Support leadership in workforce planning, succession management, and culture initiatives.
Maintain HRMS data accuracy and generate periodic HR analytics/reports.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist and recruitment functions (preferably IT/Tech industry).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, ATS, and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
