The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities.They will maintain and enhance the organisations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

Location - Pune

Responsibilities

• Recruit and Onboard new hires
• Conduct performance management and provide feedback
• Implement KRA / KPI across all levels in line with Management Vision
• Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Talent Acquisition
• Compensation & Benefits Management
• Talent Development
• Maintain and implement Training calendar by identifying the needs across all departments
• HR Analytics
• Employee Engagement
• Updated Knowledge of Labour Laws like PF, ESIC, Factories Act, Gratuity, Apprentices Act, ID Act, etc.
• Overall Responsibility of all Statutory and Legal Compliances

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 8+ years' experience in Human Resources in a Manufacturing Firm
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
