🔹 Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team. The role involves supporting the HR department in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure in human resources within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding-

• Assist in identifying staffing needs and drafting job descriptions.

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.

• Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.


HR Administration & Compliance-

• Maintain and update accurate employee records.

• Support administration of HR policies, benefits, and leave management.

• Stay updated on HR best practices and assist in implementing process improvements.


Offboarding and Exit Formalities-

• Assist in managing the employee exit process, including exit interviews and clearance formalities.

• Ensure timely collection of company assets and update employee records.

• Support knowledge transfer and smooth handover processes.

• Gather feedback from exiting employees to help improve retention and engagement strategies.


Vendor Management

• Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.

• Maintain vendor records, contracts, and performance tracking.

• Support evaluation and onboarding of new vendors when required.


🔹 Qualifications & Skills

Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong understanding of HR concepts and employment practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
