Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Indore. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining HR records, and supporting training and development initiatives. You will also contribute to employee engagement programs, ensure compliance with HR policies, and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as maintaining HR records and document organization.

• Proactive attitude, adaptability to a fast-paced work environment, and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (ongoing or completed).
