We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring processes. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience end-to-end.

Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.) using keywords, filters, and Boolean search.
• Screen resumes to shortlist relevant candidates based on hiring requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate communication and role fit.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
• Follow up with candidates during various stages of the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities when needed.
• Assist with documentation and onboarding coordination for new hires.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
