About the Role

HR Intern


Key Responsibilities -

1) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview rounds and feedback.


2) Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Help execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
  • Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and HR documentation.
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and team meet-ups.


3) HR Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain employee databases, attendance, and HR MIS records.
  • Manage day-to-day HR queries and assist in policy implementation.
  • Ensure proper documentation and safe handling of confidential information.


4) Additional Support

  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support payroll inputs and admin tasks when required.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives across the organization.


Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed

    BBA/MBA in HR

    , or any related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with

    professionalism and integrity

    .
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
