Human Resources Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our client sourcing activities. The role involves identifying potential clients, building initial contact, maintaining client databases and coordinating with the HR team to bring in new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build strong HR consulting and business development skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential clients through online research, just dial and databases.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails and messages to introduce our HR services.
• Maintain and update the client pipeline and contact records.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating with the HR consulting team.
• Support in preparing client presentations, proposals or service briefs as required.
• Track responses, follow-ups, and conversions to ensure timely communication.
• Provide regular updates and reports on client sourcing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research and analytical abilities.
• Basic understanding of HR services/recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
