Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Indivest Caller to join our sales and customer support team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mutual fund tele-calling, sales, or client relationship management.

This role involves direct interaction with prospective and existing investors, explaining investment options, driving onboarding processes, and helping clients make informed decisions to build their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Indivest’s offerings
• Educate customers about mutual funds, SIPs, and the advantages of early investing
• Guide clients through the onboarding process, including KYC and initial investments
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly conversion and sales targets
• Gather and share client feedback, market trends, and suggestions with the management team

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1 year of experience in tele-calling, sales, or client servicing
• Good understanding of mutual funds and investment products. 
• Excellent communication (Hindi & English) and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to convince and build trust with clients. 
• Strong customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills. 
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM usage experience. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in financial products
