You should have high analytical ability and be comfortable using data dashboards, reports, and affiliate tracking tools such as Appsflyer, Adjust, and appmetrica. **Key Responsibilities** - **Global Campaign Management** - Plan, execute, and scale global affiliate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring delivery against ROI and CPA targets. - Analyse daily performance data, optimize for profitability, and troubleshoot delivery issues in real-time. - Manage campaign budgets and ensure timely delivery across multiple regions. - **Partner Acquisition (China, UK & US Focus)** - Aggressively onboard and grow a network of top-performing affiliates, publishers, and media buyers. - Leverage existing relationships within the Chinese, UK, and US affiliate landscapes to bring high-quality traffic and inventory. - Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key global partners. - **Team Leadership & Onboarding** - Mentor and guide junior affiliate team members, fostering a culture of performance and accountability. - Oversee the onboarding of new traffic sources from due diligence and tracking setup to performance validation. **Requirements & Qualifications** - 23 years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing. - Proven track record in managing multi-region/global campaigns. - Strong contacts and in-depth understanding of Chinese, UK, and US affiliate inventory and networks. - Advanced negotiation and communication skills. - High analytical ability with comfort using data dashboards, reports, and affiliate tracking tools such as Voluum, Affise, HasOffers. **Why Join Us** - **Global Exposure:** Run campaigns across multiple geographies and work with international affiliates. - **Impact-Driven Growth:** Directly manage budgets and see your strategies scale revenue in real time. - **Empowered Culture:** Work with a passionate team that values autonomy, accountability, and experimentation.
