Business Development – Supply

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage

  supply partners (CN & global regions)

  for CPI/CPE campaigns.
• Handle

  daily operations

  — traffic validation, invoice collection, and campaign coordination.
• Maintain strong relationships with publishers and ensure consistent delivery.

• Monitor campaign KPIs

  and optimize sources for MMP-validated performance (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava).
• Represent Novaria Media at

  industry events and partner meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 2

  + years’ experience

  in affiliate / ad network / mobile performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of

  CPI / CPE models

  and KPI-based delivery.
• Experience working with

  MMP platforms

  (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava).
• Existing

  connections with Chinese publishers / traffic partners

  is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred but not mandatory.
