Job Overview:- As an HR Intern at CollegePur, you will have the unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will work closely with the HR team to support various human resource functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and training. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, processes, and programs. You will be mentored by experienced HR professionals and will get hands-on experience working on real projects. The internship will provide a comprehensive introduction to the HR function in a growing organization, preparing you for a potential future career in human resources. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Recruitment Support: - Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles within the organization. - Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other selection processes with hiring managers. - Update job descriptions and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. - Support in managing internship and campus recruitment initiatives, including liaising with colleges and universities. 2.HR Operations & Administration: - Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data. - Assist with payroll documentation, leave tracking, and attendance management. - Support the organization and facilitation of HR-related events such as training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities. 3. Employee Engagement & Communication: - Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work environment. - Assist in drafting internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates for employees. - Assist in organizing employee feedback surveys and analyze the data for actionable insights. 4. Learning & Development: - Help coordinate learning and development programs and workshops for employees. - Assist in researching and identifying training needs and opportunities for professional growth within the organization. - Support in tracking employee progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Skills & Qualifications:- - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels. - Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative on tasks and projects. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. - Familiarity with HRIS systems or other recruitment and HR management software is a plus. - Team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
