Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, supporting HR management processes, maintaining personnel records, and collaborating with teams on employee benefits. Daily activities will include coordinating HR initiatives, supporting onboarding and recruitment, and providing administrative assistance to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
