Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Intern for an on-site position based in Gujarat, India. As a Human Resources Intern, you will support daily HR activities, including managing HR documentation, assisting in the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance, and addressing employee inquiries. Additional responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes, handling employee onboarding, managing records, and aiding in personnel management tasks. This role offers a dynamic learning environment for candidates seeking experience in the HR sector.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with foundational Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
• Knowledge of HR Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits
• Understanding of Personnel Management and handling employee relations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
• Being a graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
