METX360 Overseas Consultants Pvt Ltd is a licensed international manpower recruitment agency specializing in skilled and semi-skilled recruitment for GCC countries, Europe, and other global markets. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive HR Generalist who can support our recruitment operations, client coordination, and visa processing.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR generalist to manage end-to-end hiring for GCC and overseas requirements. The ideal candidate will source qualified candidates through LinkedIn and major job portals, coordinate with international clients and employers, and support the execution of the recruitment process up to visa processing. This role also includes general HR responsibilities within the company as needed.
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment (GCC + Overseas Markets)
Source suitable candidates from LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases, social media, and internal networks.
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on client requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: posting vacancies, scheduling interviews and follow-ups, and generating candidate reports.
Maintain an updated pool of GCC-ready and overseas-ready applicants for multiple job categories.
2. Client & Employer Coordination
Communicate with international clients/employers to understand job descriptions, hiring needs, and timelines.
Share shortlisted candidate profiles and coordinate interviews (online/direct).
Ensure timely updates to clients and maintain a professional communication channel.
3. Visa & Documentation Coordination
Coordinate candidate documentation, offer letters, employment contracts, medicals, PCC, and other mandatory requirements.
Assist in verifying documents and ensuring compliance with GCC/overseas visa guidelines.
Support the internal team during the visa application and processing stages.
4. HR & Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and internal HR files.
Support HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and internal communication.
Assist in creating HR policies, employee engagement activities, and compliance-related tasks.
Ensure smooth coordination across departments for workflow and process efficiency.
5. Reporting & Process Management
Prepare daily/weekly reports on candidate pipelines, recruitment status, and client updates.
Maintain CRM/ATS or internal tracker sheets for recruitment progress.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance recruitment speed and quality.
