Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse roles
• Assist in building and strengthening the employee value proposition through research, communication, and employer branding initiatives
• Participate in campus hiring programs, including coordination with institutes, candidate engagement, and event support
• Contribute to talent management processes such as employee engagement, onboarding, and performance cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and service delivery
• Maintain accurate and updated HR documentation, trackers, and reports
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and provide timely HR support
• Take ownership of assigned HR projects and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
