Anupam Wealth Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and self-driven HR Generalist to support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founders and Senior Leadership, and play a pivotal role in building robust HR processes and a high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

✔ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations

* End-to-end hiring, candidate evaluation, interview,salary negotiations

✔ HR Policy Development & Implementation

* Framing, updating, and executing HR policies aligned with organizational goals

✔ HR Operations & Compliance

* Employee documentation, statutory compliance, payroll , record management

✔ Performance Management & Employee Engagement

* Evaluation frameworks, retention initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution

✔ Culture & Process Building

* Establishing recruitment systems, onboarding workflows, and continuous HR process improvements

Required Skills & Competencies

🔹 Strong HR domain knowledge with proven experience in HR operations

🔹 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

🔹 High level of ownership with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information

🔹 Demonstrated capability in conflict resolution, decision-making, and people management
