About The Role:

HR Generalist

You will support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance — helping us continue to build a strong, inclusive, and high-performing culture at Wings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct new hire orientations and support smooth onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate HR reports as needed.
• Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with related questions.
• Support employee relations, including documentation and basic investigations.
• Assist with performance management processes and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience

  in HR, preferably in a generalist capacity.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruiting, and employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS or ATS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Lever, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for people and culture.
