About the Role:

US HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day human resources operations and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Handle onboarding paperwork with our clients and employees
  • Ensure completion of Form I-9, E-Verify, and other new hire documentation.
  • Work with company insurance providers and benefit administrators.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR files.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate timekeeping and pay processing
  • Handle employment verifications and status changes.
  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data integrity.
  • Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any degree
  • Minimum 3+ years of US HR Generalist experience
  • Proficiency in HRMS portals
  • Strong knowledge of US onboarding documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
