About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented RPO Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Madhapur. This is an on-site position focused on generating qualified client leads for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead research, prospecting, and initial client outreach within the staffing or recruitment industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients for RPO services using LinkedIn, job boards, company databases, and other lead-generation tools. Build and maintain a pipeline of decision-makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leads, Hiring Managers, etc.). Craft customized outreach messages and campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage prospects. Work closely with the Business Development team to hand off qualified leads and support meeting scheduling. Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM tools. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to improving lead generation techniques and results. Key Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development within the recruitment or staffing industry. Proven success in generating qualified leads for RPO or talent solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Show more Show less
