Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for

    non-IT roles

    across multiple industries, including construction, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and more.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, resume review, candidate outreach, interviews, and placement.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with US hiring regulations and company standards.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of

    hands-on experience in Non-IT US Recruitment

    (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to recruit for various domains such as construction, healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, or logistics.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and professional networking sites (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
