The ideal candidate will be well-versed in sourcing for both blue-collar and white-collar roles , from entry-level technicians to mid-senior level functional and operational positions. This role demands agility, sector understanding, and the ability to deliver quality talent within tight timelines. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred) 2–5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment (agency or corporate) Strong understanding of job functions and hiring challenges in non-IT domains Familiarity with blue-collar and volume hiring is a strong advantage Proficient in MS Excel, ATS tools, and sourcing platforms Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple mandates and prioritize effectively
