Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  full-cycle recruitment

  for assigned IT or Non-IT positions in the U.S. market.
• Source, screen, and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS.
• Build pipelines by leveraging networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Handle

  W2 (90%) and C2C (10%) requirements

  with a strong understanding of U.S. visa classifications and compliance.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, manage client communications, and facilitate smooth selection processes.
• Negotiate compensation packages and ensure seamless

  offer-to-onboarding transition.

• Stay updated on

  market trends, emerging technologies (for IT roles), and industry-specific talent pools (for Non-IT roles).
