✅ Minimum 1+ year experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing ✅ Strong understanding of the US job market, recruitment process, and hiring strategies ✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills ✅ Hands-on experience with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) ✅ Ability to source and screen candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking) ✅ Experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, closing) ✅ Knowledge of US work authorizations (C2C, W2, 1099, H1B, OPT, GC, Citizens) ✅ Comfortable working in night shifts (EST/CST/PST time zones) ✅ Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment ✅ Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and clients
