Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for IT positions. This role will involve understanding client needs, creating job postings, utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, as well as building and maintaining candidate relationships. Effective communication with both clients and candidates, as well as strategic planning for recruitment drives, are crucial components of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Recruiting strategies
• Capability in Sourcing, Interviewing, and Hiring candidates
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote work
• Knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
